BASIC VENUE RENTAL OPTION:

Includes The Birdcage venue and access to all amenities that guests can experience on a regular night at the Birdcage. Hours of Operation are 1PM - 10PM

$1,000 for exclusive use + minimum bar spend.

  • Minimum requirement of 3 hours (up to 6 hours) with 30-minutes for any set up and breakdown. There are no discounts for using less hours due to the inconvenience to regular guests.  

  • 50 people, maximum capacity

  • Sound system included with provided playlist, or you can bring your own tunes/musician if you prefer. If you plan on having a musician, please let us know who in advance. We can also make recommendations for musicians and DJs

  • All existing furniture and lighting is included in venue rental cost

  • Catering - You can provide your own platters. (if you require catering with servers or food prepared onsite you will have to choose the Night Heron option and let us handle this for you)

  • The Birdcage is a good weather, good vibes venue – We can handle a shower or two but unfortunately we will need to reschedule if weather is bad. We can make a weather call on the day of your event however if you have catering they will need a 48 hour notice period in order to reschedule without a charge.

All regular menu items available, please see Menu Page.

We only offer open bar for private functions - to be paid on the evening of the event by credit card. This means guests cannot pay for their own drinks (Paid by the host).

BAR COST – all drinks will be charged at the listed price (18% gratuities are added for your convenience). As we will be closed for normal business, we will charge a minimum bar spend of the following: 

Sunday & Monday:

Not Open

o  Tuesday

Minimum bar spend of $3,500

o  Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 

Not Availible for Private Functions

o  Saturday : 

Minimum bar spend of $5,000

Don’t worry about the details, we’ve got this. We’ll work with you to curate a customized event, let us know what you’d like, what you want to eat, and we’ll do our very best to make it happen. Hours of Operation are 1PM - 10PM (potential to stay open longer with special permit - additional cost approx. $750)

$3,500 (minimum) - Event Planning Fee.

We have an incredible rental house that can provide unique items to elevate your event experience. We can also provide custom designed items if requested.

Custom designed to your preference- we always use local florals and greenery when available. 


EVENT/ PRODUCTION ASSISTANCE
